A 62-year-old otherwise healthy woman presented with a painful, exudative, easily bleeding erythematous telangiectatic nodule on the medial side of her left lower leg. The nodule had steadily grown over the past three years (Arrow) (Figure 1). Just below, she had a second tender indurated nodule with hyperpigmentation (Arrowhead). Both lesions were excised and histopathological findings of the lesions are depicted in Figures 2 and 3, respectively.
