This ensures that all identifying author information is removed from the text before being sent to reviewers. Otherwise, an open peer review process will be conducted. The Journal charges no fees for submission but does charge a publication fee. Full details are given in Instructions to Authors. Authors who have a new concept for on-line presentation are invited to contact the Editors to initiate a dialog.
