Kyrle Disease
Another rare but distinct dermatosis of diabetes mellitus is Kyrle disease. This is most commonly encountered in the diabetics
undergoing hemodialysis for renal failure. It may also occur in patients who only have diabetes or who have renal failure
and not diabetes. Affected patients have papules with horny plugs especially involving extensor surfaces of the extremities.
