STERIODS PLUS FLAGYL

For bad facial dermatoses requiring strong steroids for a long time (eg. DLE) I
always add 1% Flagyl w/w to prevent steroid-induced acne rosacea; or
sometimes I use Flagystatin vaginal cream (great stuff - 10% Flagyl, some
Nystatin, dirt cheap) with 2.5% HC added.
