STEATOCYSTOMAS

I have a patient with hundreds, perhaps thousands of 0.5 to 2cm 
steatocystomas on face, neck, trunk and extremities.  A local 
allergist/dermatologist suggested high dose accutane.  My literature 
search reveals a few case reports with poor results.  Does anyone have 
any anecdotal experience with accutane or other treatments (besides 
surgical) for this disorder?

Surgical piezogenic removal is often the best treatment.  
Accutane has been dissappointing for most.
