All the discussion has prompted me to try and convert from DNCB to 
squaric acid. I have a supplier who has been recommended, but I am 
unclear as to the proper concentrations, application intervals etc. 
Anyone out there willing to share a recipe? I have seen the description 
of the Italian approach to alopecia totalis, which is very cumbersome, 
involving patch testing to determine proper concentration. Is there a 
simpler way?
