LIVIMEX

A patient of mine recently returned from Japan with an OTC product named 
Livimex.  I believe it is made by a company named Kowa.  In any event, he
used it, with significant improvement, for a flare of LSC that occurred 
while
 he was in Japan.  I was just wondering if anyone has any info about this
product, especially with regard to active ingredients, etc.  Perhaps some
of our esteemed colleagues in Japan could enlighten us.

Thanks to Yoshiki Taniguchi MD, in Japan:  Livimex is a non halogenated
steroid cream. It is sold over the counter (in japan) contains 0.15% 
predonisolone valerate acetate. Lidomex we use in clinic contains 0.3% 
of the same.
