HYPER IgE Syndrome

I have 2 30-ish female patients with sever lifelong atopic dermatitis.
No hair shaft abnormalities.  Serum IgE level was 3200 u/ml for one patient
and 48,000 u/ml for the other patient. (Our normal 0-180u/ml) Cold    
abscesses, coarsened features.  Any new therapies for hyper IgE syndrome?

There's an active research interest in Job syndrome at N.I.H.--they probably
