GRANULOMA FACIALE

Any ideas on treating granuloma faciale...at least that is the clinical
and histopath dx on two recent pts.One is receiving dapsone with little
change after 6wks...except for elevated lft's.On the AAD's "Derm-
Infodisc" CD-Rom,physical modalities listed include laser,cryo,surgery...
Thoughts?

article from the Cleveland Clinic).
