DISSEMINATED HYPOGIGMENTED KERATOSES

I have a patient with disseminated hypopigmented keratoses (morison et al,
arch.derm june 1991); i've tried retin a, 20% lactic acid cream without any
help...any suggestions?

I've had rather good luck using 15% glycolic acid in Moisturel cream for
DSAP- maybe it would be worth a try?

unfortunately he has lots of them...and as he is japanese american i am
concerned about keloids (more common in asians) and or pigmentary
changes...steve
