any treatment ideas for a 45 yo male with angiolymphoidhyperplasia with eos.
his disease began 1 yr ago and has slowly spread to involve one-third of his
scalp, with smooth purple indurated itchy hairless plaques.  intralesional
steroidwas unsuccessful, and systemic steroids also did very little.  i am
trying trental (one case report) and am open to any ideas.

How about pulsed dye laser or Photoderm VL?
