ILVEN

Got a man with a North-American Indian background and extensive biopsy-proven
inflammatory linear epidermal nevus (ILVEN) in the right inguinal crease.
Started him on Dovonex.

Reviewing my files I found a good paper by Walter Wood in the J Mil Derm. Is
this OUR Walter Wood? If so, please give us your current thinking on ILVEN.

Two questions:

	1.  Any specific mechanism for Dovonex in ILVEN? Anything other 
than regulation of keratinocyte maturation?

	2.  Has there been any literature on this?  It sounds like a 
great suggestion (I'm one of the few I know who has had good luck with 
Dovonex)...
