BR:  I have not had good luck with 5FU for DSAP.  I use LN2.  Patients come
in twice a year and we do 50-100 or whatever it takes.

I have had somewhat better luck with LN2 also. But nothing really works well.

Agreed.  CO2 Laser Ablation-one pass Silktouch 9mm scan @ 25 watts, which
takes off the entire epidermis, failed.  The DSAP recurred shortly after
re-epithelialization, and was about the same size as before.  This was a test
spot I did on one patient's forearm.
