Figure 4: Percentage difference between PASI and SPASI scores

Percentage differences between PASI and SPASI scores was calculated by dividing the absolute difference by the PASI score. The percentage difference between PASI and SPASI scores decreases with the severity of disease. Large differences are observed for small PASI scores (low areas of involvement) requiring very different scales to be used when reporting data for population 1 (A, containing simulated patients with low levels of disease) and population 3 (B).
